Our Debut at Fountain Lanes

Mar 20, 2023

Three 300 games in the first two games of the no tap – we knew we had a problem. Either the lane was different or the pattern was WAY too easy for our crowd.

Devean Littlejohn (game 1), Kory Driver (game 1), and Neal Nakandakare (game 2) all shot 300 on the same pair. Neal kept the lead and shot an astounding 1269 for 5 to take home his second straight no tap victory.

Our Sunday, we didn’t quite have the crowd we were expecting but we still saw some good bowling and got back to our ways of #StrikinAintEasy!

Jared Vermillion had a look like no other and circled the qualifying field to the tune of an 1121 for 5 (224.2 average). We had 47 entries, so we cut to 12 for our bracket style match play finals.

In the bracket, Jared lost ball reaction and fell in his first match to Cliff Doughty 216-169. In turn Cliff then lost to eventual champion Nick Chuba. Welcome to the Bowlifi Winner’s Circle Nick!
